We’ve heard those words many times over the years, probably as long as we’ve had our company. They are typically spoken by one of two groups: our repeat clients or our prospective clients. Contextually they come from opposite directions.

Our perpetual clients usually say something like, “we trust you because we know you’ll get the job done right.”

Prospective clients tell us they want the job done right because, too often, they’ve had a mix-up with their previous consultant and got the job done, although not quite right.

What is the BAI advantage? It’s not just one thing. It’s a series of things, one as important as the next, all working in harmony.

And so it’s not enough to say the BAI advantage is quality work. Or value engineering. Or that we have genuine care and concern for each and every project.
